I would have given a rating of 5 stars but am currently disappointed that when we got here today to stay in our cabin, I had to sweep and mop the whole floor plus our fire pit was full of beer cans and trash shoved in the grill. I thought all of that stuff was suppose to be cleaned prior to the campers checking out. Not for the new campers to clean up.
Don't think it's right that the first come first served are allowed to take a week ahead of the dates wanted without being there. Keeps others from using during the week.
My family has been coming here for over 50 years. We started out tent camping because no electric hookups or cabins. As time went on and they brought in electricity and cabins, we started renting the cabins. The fishing is usually pretty good. The #Bobbers Down Marina has all your fishing needs, boat rentals, pop and snacks and beach stuff. Great place for families. Corning is a great little town to explore, buy groceries or eat at the restaurants in town.
