I love this place. Great to stop by and get some play in on my way home from the gym or huntington in general. They even have a kids section. Restrooms seem to always be filthy.
The multipurpose obstacle course isn't for everyone; it's probably ideal for older children. But it is so refreshing to see the self-directed play space! So many playgrounds are bright, shiny, and artificial, I'm grateful to have this old-school fun alternative filled with ropes, climbing walls, and tires.
I also appreciate the inspirational quotations placed around the parking lot.
Sadly fishing generally sucks at Lake Clare but we keep trying. Fitness park is a great activity for pre teens with some of the activities for the more advanced. Shady area for watching was alright by me!!
