Excellent place to stay for short or long term. The park staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable - this goes for both office and maintenance. I have a 34' travel trailer and a crew cab long bed pickup... it is a daunting task parking no matter where you are and the crew quickly volunteered to guide and ultimately use the forklift to park the trailer. Which leads way to my only negative... it is a pretty tight park... but if I made it in and out anyone should be able too. Excellent pricing also. 5-7 minute walk to the beach, across from a 7-11 for any quick needs, 7-10 minute walk to downtown. Despite its proximity to the freeway it was very quiet and the park inhabitants were friendly and respectful.

I enjoyed the time I spent with my friends. Met up with a buddy and his wife. And enjoyed the day at the beach.

Tight spaces for big RVs. We have a campervan so it was fine. It’s basically a parking lot. Most have hookups. Location is great. A few blocks away from the beach and coffee shop. Bathroom was very nice and up to date. Love the showers! Great cell signal and WiFi.

Only reason for 4 stars is its a tight spot. There is no fire ring, but it's in a great location in Pismo, and the club house has a fully stocked kitchen. The heated pool and jacuzzi are great.

This place was perfect for us! You can walk to everything downtown Pismo Beach, (including the beach and the Pier!). The facilities are amazing; new bathrooms, laundry was great, pool is huge, warm, and clean. The only negative would be that the sites are sooooo tiny (like we had to rent a parking spot for our car because it wouldn't fit between our rig and the neighbor's slide) BUT it's worth it for the location and the amenities. If you care deeply about a spacious site, this isn't the park for you. If you care about enjoying the surrounding area with great amenities and easy access to everything, this IS the park for you! We'd return for sure!
