Happy Acres was my first home when I moved to GA June of 2022. I spoke with the office staff prior to moving to Happy Acres and everyone was super nice and if you needed anything fixed, the maintenance guy was always available. Happy Acres quickly became my "calgon." It's peaceful, clean and pet friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the RV living because of Happy Acres atmosphere. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the super quietness.
Very quiet park with mostly permanent and colorful mobile homes. Sites are very spacious with white picket fences, your own trash can and grass for the pups. You have a separate pad for your truck and level pad for the rv. They have a laundry building, a gym, kid play area and dog park. The surrounding area did not seem the best, but we felt pretty safe. Thank you to Gay for checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed 🙂
My partner and I traveled to the area for a family wedding. I was so pleasantly surprised by the park, the unit, and the friendliness of everyone who worked there. I particularly appreciated the location, and how easy it was to access things in the area. We did a lot of walking around the park and took advantage of the laundromat and the gym. Everywhere we went, we saw water dishes for visiting pets, sculptures, and murals. It was so cool that there were school bus and city bus stops in the park as well. It really felt like it’s own neighborhood. We will definitely be back.
