This is one of the best places I have camped very peaceful and very nice owners
I have camped out here 1 time and it was a good experience. The lake here has several things to offer such as ball diamonds, recently built bathroom/shower house, and a new playground. It also has a newer pavilion that can be reserved for events. This is a wonderful spot to bring the family for a nice little getaway. There is also a nature center out here that is usually open when there is an event such as the BBQ By the Lake.
Campground was nearly empty during our stay. Some sites are very close together, fortunately no one was on the sites on either side of us.
Bath house was fairly clean. The shower was not on the day I used it.
Would be nice to have handsoap available in the bathroom area.
Great pavilion and playgrounds.
30 and 50 Amp service available; water on most sites. No full hook up sites.
Great rates!
Fishing allowed but no swimming. Not a problem for us but may be for others.
We went for the BBQ at the Lake. Band was fabulous! Food was great! Not too fond of dogs not on a leash.
