Nice people running it! Reasonable price. Bathrooms need major work! Clean but VERY old and not set up for easy use.
I have lived here almost 6 years.The owners are kind and considerate people. They will help you get a place and have always greeted me with a smile. Please! Check em' out!
Great place to live! Darla is fantastic and a great manager! Was sorry to see the store go but since we're close to everything it still works!
Green acres is an amazing trailer park. My boyfriend and I needed a place to go in the middle of the harsh winter when we got all that crazy snow. The manager could have easily said that they weren’t accepting due to weather but she took the time to shovel out our spot so we could move in. They have a very nice market, and propane available at a very good price. The bathrooms are amazing. Sinks for doing dishes, showers, and bathrooms for the dry spots. The owner, Darla, is one of the kindest women I’ve met and this has been my favorite place to live. Highly reccomend coming in if you need a place to park your trailer!
I called to ask if they had anything available and she was very rude when I was trying to talk she would cut me off. Told me she didn’t accept anything older than a 2014 as I was trying to east her another question she hung up on me. Thinking it might have been an accident I called back she picked up and hung up with out even saying anything.
