From North: Go S on Florida Turnpike until it ends on US 1. Follow signs for US 1 S (Florida City), & proceed to 1st light, which is West Palm Drive. Turn R (W), & continue 4 lights to Redland Rd/187th Ave. Turn L onto Redland Rd to community entrance, approx 1/4 mile on R. From South : Take U.S. 1 N to Florida City. I've wanted to at goldcoaster for while because it's a great community. I have friends there also. Ursula made my experience a very wonderful one
Very clean, use to be. That was over 10 years. 430.00 a month. Now over price sorry but everyone is gouging!!!! Don't live in Florida city very dangerous!!!. Look up reviews in Florida city police dept. It's changed for the worse, so has homestead. Police Officers are overworked, my heart goes out to them.
First time that a MH neighborhood is so pretty and clean! The environment is fantastic, all the MH are in great conditions, with enough space for a patio and a garage.
I even told my husband it could be a nice place to move in.
We hate it here. some people in this community get away with whatever they want to. Even live here illegally and nothing was done when it was reported to the office. The office never answers the phone either. And the parking issue, we didn't know when we moved in we couldn't make our driveway bigger. We live in a three two home and we have another car that we cannot park here now. There is also no way to create a bigger driveway. We have tried. We're renovating and hopefully moving on with our lives soon. This was the worst place we've ever lived. I don't feel like a homeowner here. And the security is very nice but doesn't do much to secure the neighborhood. We're being harassed by someone and they won't do anything about it. And also it takes the cops over an hour to show up.
