It's a beautiful place amazing views peaceful great place to go clear your mind
Had a gender reveal for family and rented the pavilion. The pavilion rental is cheap but don’t expect much communication between you and the pavilion owner. Everything worked out great in the end! The park and the pavilion were clean and it was a beautiful day which tops everything off! Great place to bring kids as they have a big playground and a little playground.. as well as a splash pad. Not to mention the beautiful lake views!
So the actual park is great. The baby playground and splash area need some major renovations. The baby playground isn't safe. Lots of rust and metal exposed. The splash pad has ripes in the ground padding. I can't imagine how moldy it is under there. Other than that's the kids playground is renovated and nice. The loop around the park is nice for a bike ride or walk.

The walk path is a circle that goes around the main part of the park, it is a mile long. The dog park (small and large dog areas next to each other) are fairly large and closer to the front side of the park. Although I don't have a boat, this park has a VERY large boat parking area and load area into Lake Lanier.

I love Laurel park! They have gated dog areas, dog festivals and it’s always clean and safe.
