A beautiful park! The streams and canals running through it make for a nice atmosphere, and the camping area was very well kept and freshly mown. The bathrooms had toilet paper, and are nearby for both the camping site and the main parking lot.
There are also a few picnic tables and plenty of grills, as well as a few shelters.
Don't go out of your way to go to this park. While there is access to the hike and bike trail, it doesn't have many attractions other than the big trees and it's susceptible to mosquitoes in the summer. It is however, a nice place for a walk in the fall. Plus, every time I've been there it's been pretty deserted, which feels a little creepy. Once our whole family went for a walk there in the fall do and it was really nice.
Nook of a park, nestled behind a neighborhood. Offers a playground, covered shelters, unimposing tent camping, and a space to relax.
