Been coming here for many years and have watched this campground turn into a dump. Way less activities for kids to do, the playground is in pieces; not a single slide, it's boarded up. Years ago they had rec staff who would play board games with kids, watch movies, do tye dye, jump rope, arts and crafts every day; so many activities. Visited family over the weekend and went to the pool with the kids who haven't been here yet. They are young and were jumping, lifeguard told them nicely to stop which they did not hear so as I'm walking over to tell them a random stranger starts screaming at them. Very odd, couldn't imagine yelling at someone else's kids. All my favorite places to go as a kid in this campground is either torn down or shut off for anyone under 18. Front desk staff was polite however. So many rules now, not worth the stay for nothing to do.

Worst campground I have ever experienced. Management is vengeful. The office staff and most of the other staff are all family. Be very careful the manager will fabricate lies to have your membership revoked if he don't like your views or what you have to say. He has taken my wife and I. Our membership because he doesn't like me. So he fabricated lies to corporate office. Corporate has not even had the respect to talk to us and has been clouded by mr.tom the managers lies. I have contacted a attorney and we will be pressing charges on this man and the corporation if need be. This campground doesn't have very good activities for the children. Or the adults for that matter. Rules only apply to members and guest. The staff has a totally different set of rules. Meaning the staff that are family. I know this because I experienced it first hand. They targeted me the short time I was a employee. After I quit the manager targeted me and my wife. The end result our membership was revoked. I look forward to my day in court.

Do NOT recommend. We stayed on a site with our travel trailer and our family rented a cabin. The roads driving in and inside the park were terrible. There were lots of pot holes and some were so large they could not be avoided. The sites are not well taken care of with trash in the fire pits and difficult to determine how and where to park. After one night of rain our site flooded. The playground was torn down with nothing to replace it, not what you want to find out when you have two young children. The Bocce ball court was not taken care of and the baseball field looked like it was full of fire ash. The cabins have TVs but in order to use them you have to pay for internet. We paid $10 for 3 days of internet that did not work and the tv kept buffering.

I don't think we'll be back...this is the second Thousand Trails campground we've stayed at..not impressed, would never join!

Cell service was nearly non-existent, although they charged $10 for our 3 day stay, water pressure so low I could barely flush toilet paper, rinse shampoo from my hair and rinse toothpaste from my toothbrush...you are supposed to find, choose your own campsite, hard to do since sites are not marked very well and the first two we found were already occupied. Another camper saw we were stopped trying to find a site and suggested we not choose a couple of sites since they "flooded out"..a side note, although I'm sure the campers are nice people, the overall appearance of campsites is "trashy"..multiple cords of wood, tents, canopies, vehicles, lights, as much as you can imagine on one campsite....

Very disappointing!..I know they are trying to work on projects, but ...

The Welcome package states:

When you stay here, we EXPECT you to be

EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

(Their capitalization, not mine).

I wish them well, but they have a long way to go...
