The park itself needs a lot of work on the roadways. The pads are mostly concrete and pretty level. The store was great and had a great selection of merchandise. The showers were ok.

Horrible set ups, broken concrete slabs and holes everywhere making it hard to dump black and gray tanks, no one keeps dogs on leashes or picks up their own dog poop. Over all trashy place and $200 more then any other rv park. And the water has been off for 4 days straight and continues with no prior warning about it.

Well where do I start? RV Park is trashy and unkempt. Bathrooms are deplorable. Counters are falling off walls and sinks are filthy. Showers don't work. Floors are dirty. The door is covered in unspeakable grime. Dogs were barking all day and evening. $46 bucks a night. Don't go here it's a real mess.

Stayed here 3 nights. Very bad experience and I’ve been coming here for years. Park is under new management and now the RV park is trashy and tore up. The Sinclair gas station on site and under the same management false advertises. Big sign at road showed diesel fuel cost $4.29 a gallon. I prepaid $200 and as I was half full I noticed the pump price was actually $5.29. I went in and told them they were false advertising. The woman behind the counter told an employee to go change the sign and told me to go somewhere else. I’ll be filing a complaint with consumer affairs for false advertising. Won’t come back here ever again.

They have a scam going to get you not to use your card. They want you to use their ATM so they can avoid card charges. Their propane is $1 more per gallon than anyone else in town. Will be reporting them to the proper authorities.
