Not a year round rv park. A very quiet place however.

Its a little park. Very friendly people. Only down fall no sewer hook ups, but you can dump it at Chevron for free.

My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight, and we thought we were lucky enough to find this park. It has electric and water, and the sanitary station is free with our campsite. We paid them $45 for a thorn filled parking space. We've pulled more than 40 thorns out of feet, shoes, rugs, and paws, and we've been here for about 5 hours. NOT happy at all. At this point, I'd have rather stayed at a rest stop for a few hours before hitting the road again than stay in here. Definitely do NOT recommend...

The things they got right are location, location, location and trees. Now the bad, they want full hookup price for a site that has no sewer, no wifi, no catv, no grass, no pool, nothing but water, electric, trees and goat heads. And the trees are loaded with box elder bugs which invade the camp sites. Could be a great site but as it is I give it a poor rating. This place is way over priced for the quality of spot you get.
