Me and my partner have been here for a little over 6 months and it has been the best experience of our lives! Apartment living is terrible. Our trailer is beautiful! So many new models all very modernized homes. Beautiful appliances. Bathrooms are so nice and in my master bathroom I have double sinks and natural light. Bailey is always there to answer my questions and has been so helpful with the moving in process and any other questions I have. The park is always well maintained. There are always workers trimming the palm trees and landscaping. Me and my partner are finally in a happy home.
I stopped in to see the availability this park had and was immediately greeted by the office manager Bailey. She was very polite and answered all my questions. I drove around and noticed how clean and beautiful all the trailers are. I left with all the information needed.
I would definitely recommend coming here. The environment is so welcoming, seems like a great place to live.

Rented a 2 bedroom manufactured home from Estrella valley mobile home park ! Nice clean park quit and great management thank you!Good prices on rentals, won’t be disappointed on this property!
Been at Estrella Valley nearly two years, and during my the time here has been very nice. The rent is very affordable in comparison to other locations. The Property Manager, Bailey has been very professional and easy to comunícate with. I have seen her outside walking the property and picking up trash, which I'm sure it's not in her job description (if it is then she's doing her job). I am thankful for the manageable monthly rent, clean property, and for the Property Manager professionalism.
