We didn't stay in a cabin, we stayed in our Airstream, but the cabins look like a great option. Beautiful area near Mt. Adams. Lots of trees and shady spots for RVs. We will definitely return.
One of my favorite private campgrounds!
Shouldn't share it on here at risk of it becoming too busy, but they deserve the shout out! Clean well kept camping, priced right with amazing views, walking trails, a creek to float, fire wood, showers, wifi, horse shoes, volleyball, and amazing night sky views with absolute darkness.
Down side? A mass of mosquitoes!!!!!!!! They have a mosquito problem. Likely because they keep everything so fresh and watered. Lots of tall grasses and places for them to live.
We had reservations but were unable to make it due to an out of state accident, not our fault, that put our motorhome in the shop. In addition to that, during same trip, I broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have emergency surgery. Although my ankle was doable for our reservation, the motorhome wasn't fixed...parts lost in Shipping. These things all totally out of our control.
They do not give refunds and no credit either unless cancelled 3 weeks in advance OR they rent ALL cancelled reservations for your same days. Our site rented but 4 other cancelations did not. We were just out that money!
I was very disappointed. We visited our friends there to view sites. There are some large and private sites. Nice grounds, quiet, good location for us. But reluctant to book for future as you have to pay in full at booking and uncontrollable accidents that can happen at any time don't count for refund or credit.
Great RV park. The spots seem very private/cozy with all the trees. We stayed 2 nights and it was quiet. We had our dog and there was plenty of areas for him to walk around. Clean park with friendly staff. We will definitely stay again!
We've been going there for 10 yrs. Never had a bad trip. This summer we had a couple of mishaps. Broken leg and dead battery. Bobby, Pam and Bruce were fabulous helping us. Bruce called the ambulance AND jumped my rig.
This is the cleanest park I have ever been to.
One con if you have kids. There isn't a lot to do. I have no kids so I am okay with that.
Already have reservations for next year. It fills up fast so make reservations very early.
