Elgin Park Trailhead has some horse camping amenities and accesses several non-motorized trails in the area.
From Buffalo, WY, take Hwy 16 west for about 17 miles to Forest System Road (FSR) 22. Turn left onto FSR 22 and turn left onto FSR 460, then left onto FSR 372 and then left onto FSR 397.
