Eldorado Peak Alpine Camp — North Cascades National Park

Hahaha wow, not too hard, Crux was the downhill, lovely colors heavenly views

Epic climb, super strenuous, too cloudy for views half the climb, but well worth the ascent, and the legendary views of Klawatti, Forbidden, Austera, and Boston Peaks

If you get a chance to climb this, do it

But watch out for the hidden crevasses at the crest of the Eldorado Glacier

They're tricksy (as a party ahead of mine discovered)

Great view, unless you summit in a white-out!

Strenuous ascent, but a good climb. Rough weather conditions when we got there, but still a worthwhile and memorable trip.

It's pretty cool. Hardest part is getting out of the parking lot.... and not rolling an ankle in the Boulder field.
