Great spot for camping on the Dosewallips hike. Quite a few good spots to set up tents.
Nice campground with a few nice spots for setting up camp, as well as a privy. Seems to be a pretty popular stop on the first night into the park, so you may have some competition for spots depending on how late in the day you arrive.
The hike in is mostly an easy road walk until you arrive at the ranger station where it turns into a real trail for the last couple of miles. The trail is also straightforward and an easy hike.
Love this campground, about 12 miles up the trail from where you can park your car. About 6 campsites, has a porta-potty, some bear wire for hanging your packs, next to the river and a couple small creeks to fill up on water (at least in August 2019). Nice jump off spot too for day hikes.
