Located just off Highway 395.
We were very grateful to find a spot in this bare-bones RV parking lot as a relatively late decision stop along Hwy 395. The first 3 spots didn't have working electricity but the last empty spot did (NECESSARY for air conditioning in summer heat with 2 dogs even overnight). We didn't try the water or sewer hook-ups. Price was reasonable.
It's alright, very tight spots. It's like a parking lot for RVs. Couldn't even extend my awning, trash everywhere. Other than that, it's good for a few days or overnight. It's cheaper than most places, too. I didn't meet the staff but they were nice on the phone.
Bit of a surprise: called before close of business for an after-hours check-in - all good. Gravel park (it's the fairgrounds, after all); power and water at site; $15 USD to dump waste water. Really clean showers and toilets - take a hanging bag as there's only 1 hook and a small seat / shower cubicle. Coded entry to ammenities block so secure but poorly lit outside. Laundry facilities also available (again coded entry). A little road noise. but park itself is quiet. Pets allowed. Easy access on and off main road. Thanks for the stay.
Dirty showers Dirty Bathroom haven't been clean since the week before Thanksgiving.... good thing I'm just working here, and we are almost done..hope never to return... need cleaning staff ASAP.
Went there for the dump station. It is just inside the main entrance a little bit. Easy to use. Follow the instructions and be prepared. Automated system is $15 dollars now. Debit or CC only.
