About Campground

Crystal Ridge RV Park has 24 campsites with utilities, multiple primitive campsites and one tiny cabin rental (a second tiny cabin is being prepared). Our bath house and laundry were completely remodeled in 2021. Electric was upgraded to 30/50 amp for every campsite in 2022. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am every day. Please note: We love pets, however; we strictly enforce pets being leashed, under owner control at all times and picking up your pet's waste. One warning is given. Eviction will result if your pet is loose again. We ask your cooperation in educating your children about this rule so they are diligent about confining/leashing the pet prior to opening the door to your recreational vehicle.

Motor Home, Travel Trailer, Truck With Camper Top, Converted Van and Tent campsites are available for nightly rental. We do not offer permanent/residential rental. We are also known as Coleman RV Park and Ron Coleman Mine Campground

Family activities are just a short walk away, yet, conveniently located on Ron Coleman Crystal Mine property. Dig your own quartz crystals in our 4 acre digging area, zip line 1/4 mile over our commercial mine, take a crystal mine tour and browse quartz crystal points and clusters hand dug at our quartz mine, globally sourced minerals and gifts in the expansive Ron Coleman Gift Shop and on our back porch

This is a fun experience right next to the mine. The campsite was clean and the people hosting and cleaning the campsite area. We’re both very friendly.

The two onsite campground overseers were super nice and helpful. As was this the first time camping for me and my family with small kids, we really didn't know what we were doing with setting up the tent etc. The couple overseeing the camping site helped us set up the tent, explained certain features of it and even gave us tent stakes that were more durable than the ones we had. Very nice people. We would have been lost without them-so thank you! Also, those are the CLEANEST public bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in my life! That fact alone made the trip much more enjoyable when you have small kids. It's also well lit at night and so we felt safe. With water and electric hookups, even with a tent, you just run an extension cord, it made it convenient too. And then when you wake up in the morning, you just basically walk a few feet to the crystal mine and you start digging! Very nice 😁 We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in the R/V camp grounds and took advantage of the mining for Quartz Crystal and if course the amazing Zipline across the open mine operation. The tour was very interesting and informative. The pricing was affordable and worth every dime I spent great fun great folks and the bathroom facilities were well kept and more than just ok...I would recommend to these nice folks that at least one shower needs an seat or bench for the handicapped or those with disabilities. Overall I had an 9.8 experience.

We stayed at this park for 3 nights. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the mine. We didn't have sewage hookup, but the bathroom/ showers more than made up for this. (There is a dump station on site.) The showers and bathrooms are surprisingly spacious and clean. My only critiques would be that that sites would benefit from a little more cleaning/ pickup before guest arrival and that the sites are numbered a little better. Lastly that the tent sites are not mixed with the rv sites. We had a tent in between us and another RV and noticed that for more privacy the other RV actually moved to park backwards as to not be staring at their neighbors the entire stay. Otherwise would definitely recommend. The fireflies were and extra bonus we didn't expect.

Stayed 2 nights in site 6. Small, cozy little park with trees and it was so nice and quiet. Loved being able to walk to the crystal mine with our wagon, and that the RV park had a crystal washing station. Really enjoyed it!
