Its quiet, and very clean. The homes are very well kept. Nice place to live.

Quiet mobile home park for those wishing to retire somewhere where no one will ever dare to look. Very out of the way. But there is a McDonald's and Gus's Fresh Jerky as well right next door! You'll be satisfied with the move I guarantee it.
This is mostly a mobile home Park with 5-10 rv sites (didn't count them). The sites are right in front of the office so you don't have to go down into the park itself. Water & electric hookups. Did the after-hours thing so didn't meet anyone or see inside the office. No bathrooms and such. Basically meant as an overnight stay and that's it. $28 so not too bad. And with the lack of options in this area, we were thankful.
Nice little park. We got there late in the day. Put our money in the box on the honor system. Good wifi full hookups and pull thru sites at a great price. Was quiet. We were able to sleep in that morning. I would recommend this place
