The park is dirty. There's a gal that sits outside and screams slow down no matter how slow you go. 15 mph? Slow down! 10 MPH? Slow down! 5MPH? Slow down!! 2 MPH!? Slow down! I have to idle my car in there and sometimes even then she comes out and yells. It ain't the friggin' ritz.
This is a quiet affordable park with all the facilities, plenty of shade, there is 24 hr shopping and dining nearby. A great fishing lake and dunes a few minuet drive away.
The people here are friendly and social, or you can relax to yourself.
Secure, and a place I recommend to all my friends.
On the Oregon trail, a perfect place to stay as long as you like.
Place wants a $500 deposit in addition for a RV parking spot that you pay upfront for which has to be in cash. Seems sketchy.
Here we are rolling in style in a 2008 Keystone Cougar and most RV parks will not accept us because it's not 10 years or newer even though this camper is still new it is not accepted at a lot of RV parks. Cottonwood was very accepting and worked with me to get into a spot and it's been very quiet ever since we moved in here. I'm very thankful to have found this place.
Place was there for us in our time of need. They took our older Winnebago and are great to work with, maintainable was incredible good to us, managers are the most loving. Some of the neighbors were a pill but as long as you mind your own business and be good tenants it all works out. I'd move back.
