From SE end of Bull Shoals Dam: Go 1/10 mi SE on Hwy 178, then 1 mi W on Powerhouse Rd, then 1/2 mi S on CR 569 (River Rd).
This place is beautiful and the river is just down a hill that has steps. And the view is amazing. Very clean just a great views and nice people and a fly shop on site.
Stayed in the cottage for 6 nights with my family and it's a nice cabin with beautiful views and all in all an amazing place but it is in desperate need of maintenance (broken shower door, torn up blinds, old busted refrigerator, some slight rot to outside wood including the decks) and the fact that no one work there besides the guy who come to blow leafs off deck every once and awhile but if new staff was hired and much needed maintenance was done and stayed on top of this place would be 5 stars all day long
Room was right on the water so that was awesome. Beyond that the bathrooms were out of water when we were there so they were very brown. Room was as expected, no water no toilet/shower but when the community bathroom toilets won’t flush it’s no bueno.
The best part... no TV. Love sitting on that deck and feeling the stress melt away. No one but me and my fishing partner

We stayed in a beautiful little cabin right on the White River in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Everything was wonderful except the windows were very dirty. Made it hard to enjoy the view. We would definitely go back! Maybe I will bring my own Windex. Haha
