About Campground

The Cookville Campground is not your typical campground; offering convenience, truly welcoming hosts, and tons of nice extras that make a big difference at the end of a long day of riding.

Pitch your tent on one of their beautiful meadow sites, or rent a fully outfitted tent and sleep on a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Common areas at the campground have patio tables and chairs for eating your meals or relaxing with friends. A large common fire ring provides a great spot to relax after dinner and enjoy the starry sky above you. They even provide the wood and supplies!

A common sheltered outdoor kitchen space provides cooking utensils, full-size BBQ grill, a large camp stove, and a clean, dry place for preparing your meals. Morning coffee, real cream, and a complimentary breakfast item really sweetens the deal.

Your hosts, Janai and Dean take great pride in keeping everything clean and fresh. Both are dedicated to making your stay a positive, enjoyable experience that will be a trip highlight. Enjoy Janai’s wonderful paintings, placed throughout the grounds. Dean is also a rider, who enjoys dirt biking, brewing beer and occasionally joining guests at the fire.

This is a gem of a place to stay. Glamping is an understatement! We had a blast. They have thought of everything, so no need to pack a car load of stuff. The couple that own this place want you to enjoy yourself. We will be returning!

Janai and Dean are the best! Amazingly generous with their hospitality, and their land is delightful. We loved our one night stay, and can’t wait to see how their business evolves and thrives. They are the real deal. Highly recommend.

Nestled in the stunning mountains of Vermont, surrounded with spectacular views and fresh crips air, this glamping site is an absolute gem. Janai and Dean are wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home. They provide more ammenities than I had imagined, including fresh eggs for breakfast, they started a bonfire for us and even gave me grilled corn on the cobb which they prepared. The tent was great, it was well-insulated, I felt safe and cozy. A true glamping experience that allows for immersing yourself in nature, meeting fellow travellers and enjoying great conversation with wonderful hosts. I had a 5+ star stay and I hope to be back soon!
