We look forward to spending time every year at one of Vermont's best campgrounds, Barrewood. We love the views, the quiet woods, the babbling stream and waterfalls. It's got all the amenities and is close to Jay Peak where there is alot of family things to do and see. Most of all, we love the well kept, clean, camper friendly atmosphere that Mark, the owner provides for us. Our Golden Retriever, Murphy loves it too!
We stayed 06/13/21 for 5 wonderful days of camping, swimming, hiking and adventuring through the small villages in the area. The owner Mark could not have more gracious and he runs a clean and tidy campground. The sites are large and level and the rates are low especially if you’re a Passport America member.
Gem of the north! Cozy and well kept, HOT showers, exceptionally clean bathrooms and laundry. Tent sites are right on Taft Brook with a short walk to some beautiful waterfalls. Beautiful landscapes all around.
A hidden gem! What a a great spot for a relaxing night under the stars. This little place has everything you will need. Other campgrounds could learn from this clean well kept property. Magnificent lawns, laundry room and pool to cool off in! Take a short walk out back and enjoy the waterfalls.
