We are a family operated business in the heart of historic Wooten Canyon. Once known as the final water stop for the Cloud Climbing Railroad, last operated in 1938. Now Wooten park is a picturesque place rich with various fruit trees. A warm inviting getaway with breath-taking mountain views. We have refurbished the historic cabin and have instated a RV park for those who would like to come enjoy the crisp air of the Rocky Mountains. You may hear elk bugling throughout the mountains or see a deer passing through the park. Our RV site is a short drive from the historic village of Cloudcroft. We wish to communicate the beauty and history to everyone who stays here in the Land of Enchantment.

Great location for cabins, RV. Situated right in high rolls, NM - Lincoln National Forest . Has plenty of rest & play areas. A little noise from the road is there, but it's manageable. Beautiful cabins with all loaded amenities. 10 mins to Cloudcroft Village, 20 mins to Alamogordo, 30 mins to White Sands National Park. Let's you enjoy the weather at the hills.
My sister had her wedding at the end of June here. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the owners/family are here. They helped make my sister and brother-in-law 's day so memorable, and took so much worry away from them on taking care of details so they could enjoy their day. It was a downpour that day and everyone was still enjoying themselves with all the amenities, and the grounds are so well kept and beautiful. Thank you again for your help with their day, we would recommend to anyone to book here for their event. We wish you and your family so much success with your business always.
We stayed here in our 40ft 5th wheel for 1 week with our kids and pup. It's a little tight parking/backing in, but do-able. We loved our end spot (farthest from the entrance, I think #7). We enjoyed a private trail up the mountain (on the property) as well as a quaint little grassy area with hammocks and a waterfall. We had the most beautiful views of the sunsets and also mountains all around our RV! The location is close to local Cloudcroft shops and sledding/tubing (we went in March and enjoyed the snow). Our favorite shop was the Trading Post as the owner is knowledgeable about the Native American families he purchases from. We would stay here again!
Small property with seven RV sites and a couple of cabins. Sites 1,2,3 and 7 have shade. Seven has the most privacy. Full hook ups. The highway is right there so lots of road nose and in the evening car lights shining on you as they pass by.
Owners are very sweet. There's a beautiful community area and a nice hike with a view.
About a seven minute drive to Cloudcroft. Temps are 8 to 10 degrees warmer at the campground than in Cloudcroft.
What a beautiful Dimond in the rough tucked in the base of the Sacramento Mountains... So peaceful and relaxing and the owners are very friendly and hospitable... the courtyard is perfect for weddings or any special occasion or just a nice little getaway...
