RV’s cannot exceed 10 years old. RVs must be in good working order and fully functioning.
This place was so nice. They keep it very well kept. The long-term residents are so nice. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
Still having problems with the fairgrounds recycle garbage reported. It twice. Nothing has been done I think I'm talking two death ears thank you could get a little better then what they got.
So far, so good. Heard from manager and we have a space! Very friendly and accommodating. Rates seem reasonable.
One month in update. WiFi sucks. Laundry room is neat and clean. Site has minimal room between rigs. Utilities work fine. Very quiet. Rarely any management on site, maybe once a week. If you need a place to stay long term, it’s ok. If you want a resort, look somewhere else.
Brand new park, excellent location & manager, no shoddy trailers, very nice laundry room, restrooms & showers. Was worried it was part of the fairgrounds but it's not & we couldn't even hear the concert playing. Only problem I had was GPS took me to the fairgrounds. Go straight thru the stoplights, don't turn toward the fairgrounds.
Had a wonderful stay here. The park is very clean and quiet. The bathrooms are spotless, and the washing facilities are well maintained. The wifi was good, so we had no problem using our satellite for local channels. The office was friendly and accommodating. We needed a late checkout because of a meeting we were attending, and it was no problem. 👍
