This was our last resort rv park for someone to answer the phone after 5pm. We paid $110 for one night and we stayed in a pull through site with pebbles and not much besides the hookup. There was a dog area, but it was open on one end so dogs can escape. Limited space to take dogs. The shower required an app which timed when you entered and exited. There was no one at the office and a sign from July 2023 stating that they were short staffed and the office was closed. They did answer the phone when I needed help with the app. The laundry room was locked so I couldn't use it. It was noisy right next to the freeway. We are never staying here again.

I was looking for a place to park my 27' RV for a family that really needs a place to

live so her family would be able to visit. Guess it's time to give it to her. Big party day when the family moves in. Just mom and her.

Location is fine, park is decent. Management has been slacking on allowing older, uncared for trailers to move in and accumulate junk outside. Also have some obnoxious neighbors (addicts?) who have issues with the law, truck alarms going off all night/morning while police waited to tow a truck used in a crime, loud traffic in and out all hours of day & night. Still not evicted...

I lived here for 13 months until Sept 1st. The three stars are for Morghen and the other people I interacted with. They are all great people and they respond quickly. However, I cannot advise a friend or family member to rent an extended stay spot here due to the disconnect by the ever increasing rents, up to 975 including electric at the end and the lack of actual work or improvements being done on the property. The rent chased me out but I wasn't that sad to leave because they've made seemingly zero improvements. In fact, I'd say it was worse when I left. If you're going to increase rent by 20% or whatever, that's your call, I'm sure there are many factors involved, including market forces. I get that. But you need to at least act like you care about the upkeep and the facilities and the fact that you're charging people a solid 1/3 of their income to sit in a decaying "resort."
