The guards have to keep the kids hairlines for returning to the 80's
I've had the pleasure of spending 8 weeks of my summer at camp for the past 5 years. There wasn't a moment that I didn't love it. This is truly a special place with timeless traditions. On the last day of camp I begin to countdown the days until my return. "Love Camp".
I was a camper in the early 90s - older ones abused the younger kids, the staff allowed it or didn't care- be men, walk naked, that was the mentality. Hope Roe and company cleaned up their acts in the last 30 years or sold it to responsible owners. The real shame of it was, it's a beautiful campground with excellent activites. And there were some great counselors who stood up to the nonsense. For those folks, I am grateful.
