From Togo take State Hwy. 1 (W) 4.5 mi.; continue straight on Co Rd. 542 for 1 mile; veer right (NW) on Button Box Lake Forest Road; go 3 mi. to campground entrance road on left.
Very rustic - no showers but there are reasonable toilets. Beautiful campground with both private and side-by-side sites. There is a camp host in main summer months. Great place to winter camp. Lakeshore with public landing is adjacent to the camp.
I camped at Button Box in mid October. It was a truly a wonderful experience. The serine calm of the lake in the mornings and evenings were beautiful. The fact that the campground is FCFS, makes it especially special.
