My mother and I stayed there for a few days for an Aggie football game. It was easy to make reservations and Darla was exceptionally friendly. However the park wasn't all that nice. The main issue was with the water supply which smelled of Sulphur/rotten eggs. We couldn't drink it or bathe in it. Also, the lots are far too close together. We were so close to the neighboring unit that there wasn't room to let out the awning for some shade in this Texas heat.
Darla is a pleasureable Lady, very accommodating. The young man who is Park Manager is a very nice man. We just moved into Park today. I feel like we really are going to enjoy it here.
We've been here for a few months and it's been nice. People are quiet and respectful. The bath house is always super clean and smells nice. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful
We are here now. First, the water does not smell bad. If anything it has a slight chlorine smell. When I called for a 2 night reservation I was initially told they were full. A few minutes later I got a call that she’d been able to find a space. Pul through is very long. Laundry is clean and reasonably priced. Con is that there’s a strip of grass maybe 10 feet wide between RV sites and that’s where the hookup is. While hooking up I stepped in an ant hill & got bitten several times.
Have been here for over 2 years now. Andrew and Darla are AMAZING. They have helped me out more than they can know. Darla is great to have a conversation with, and just chat about life. She always makes me feel welcome. Andrew is so helpful, and super fast to respond when it comes to questions or repairs. Just an all-around down to earth nice guy. Thank y'all so much for helping us make this place our home!!
