Great management everything is clean and residents are nice
We didn’t end up staying here, because they require a longer-term stay than we were looking for (4 month minimum) and they don’t take skoolies. But, 5/5 stars for a lightning-fast response time on our email inquiry and a very kind and helpful response :) thanks, guys!
Pros. Not as much rules as other RV parks. For the most part youre left to your own devices.
Cons. Frequent visitors coming to steal property and break in vehicles. Drive-bys happening right in front of the RV Park. Drug house right up the street. Probably not the best long-term spot
10 stars for the wonderful, friendly community of residents that live here or simply pass through. 1 star for management/ownership who have zero respect for said residents by avoiding any reasonable communication and leading with fear tactics and threats. Really wanted to love this place but management makes this trailer park TRASHY.
Though I was a resident for over 10yrs at LWBMHP I felt coerced and pressured by "BMP" to sell my residence or endure an incredible amount of harassment and ridiculous rent increases. There are worse people out there and it is (____'s) property now. However, I'm glad I can give my honest opinion especially if it helps.
