This was a great little pit stop to meet up with some family to swap out some items that needed to go to Eastern Oregon. Clean restrooms just a bit hot when you get away from the mountains. I prefer to stay in the mountains and west of the Cascades.
3 Cell bars & 7 truck spots. It's only deep holes in the ground without the stench of porta potties and a cool breeze coming up, but it is well needed and well kept. No running water though. The scene is serene all around.
They're just enclosed outhouses, but thank goodness they're there. I always have baby wipes with me, so it's not a big deal to me. But if you're planning to stop, bring hand wipes or sanitizer.
A spacious rest area with clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are essentially porta potties but there is plenty of toilet paper AND it’s not cramped to where you feel like the walls are closing in on you. There isn’t a sink so have wipes or some hand sanitizer ready. There’s an area to take your pets as well as an exercise area for your horses! Parking is a bit tight but a semi can definitely fit. We went around 3:00 pm-ish and there was barely anyone there. Truly is out in the middle of nowhere but it has pretty views.
