I live here and there jerks that snoop and have a hired "maintenance man" named Dennis that walks around and doesn't know how to do anything but snitch on people ZERO maintenance the owners son in law or some bs gets in peoples faces if your power goes out your screwed which it will it takes pg&e 30 min to find this place cuz of some douchish half legal Robert Nixon I am not a crook ass wanna be landlords never move here they refuse to kick multiple people out separate trailers for a cockroach and Mice infestation people steal from porches horrible place were moving within 2 weeks
