Campground has no water and no service. When Highway 4 is closed, no access is possible. Located two miles south of the Ebbetts Pass summit, these unimproved campsites are located in a timbered setting along the banks of the North Fork Mokelumne River near Highland Lakes. Vault toilets on site. Campgrounds will remain open as long as weather allows.
