I received very poor service at this RV park...Visitor beware...I was over charge for electricity and as of today still have not been reimbursed. I was parked there for seven weeks this summer from June 24 til August 11. Although there has been a change in Management. They have failed to reconcile my account and return my deposit...over 7 weeks later...Ask yourself would you want to stay somewhere that over charges and refuses to give your money back....I will never use this park again.
Today is Nov 1, 2023. This business still has not reconciled my account....they ignore my weekly calls and request to settle this account and return the overcharges...incompetent accounting and fraudulent charges. I will need to file a complaint with the state business licencing...
Update: December 3, 23. I still have not been contacted by the office manager or the supervisor to reconcile my account. I was charged for an extra week stay, plus overcharged for electric by over 100kw...equating to over payment of over $200. I am sick and tired of their non-compliance to address my concerns and reconcile my account.
We were making our way north to Davis in our campervan and needed a one night stop in Fresno. Heather was very nice and booked us a spot further away from the main road. When we got there… the office was closed and we didn’t have any after hours packet for us. We went straight to spot 40 which was on our confirmation email… however, spot 40 was taken by an rv. We called the number in the website but no one got back to us. Apparently the office closed on the weekends. So we ended up parking at an empty spot with a note on our windshield in case it was someone’s spot. I can’t believe we paid $85 for this!!! $85!!!! This is the most we have ever paid for an rv spot. It’s even more expensive than rv spots on the beach in California!!! This place far from a $85 resort! And it’s on a road where there is drag racing at night!!
The only upside is that the residents are very friendly and helpful.
Won’t be coming back. We feel ripped off.
For an RV park in the middle of the city, this was a plus. We had a great space, friendly neighbors and full hooks up at a very reasonable price. We slept well with my grandkids in tow. We had no problems. A great time was had by all.
We made reservations with Heather, she is so helpful and accommodating. Best customer service ever!! We started out with a 1 week stay in October, we needed a second week, and everyone was so kind, even Oscar the maintenance man was helpful, we needed some branches trimmed and he got right on it. All the neighbors were courteous, and friendly. Very pleasant stay. We will be back
