We love camping at Big Oaks. Great family-owned campground with friendly staff. It is convenient to pretty much everything in Rehoboth, beach, shops, and restaurants. Walkable distance to wawa and other restaurants. Bike trails are half a mile away. We've stayed here multiple times and always look forward to coming back.

We rented a cabin for the weekend. The cabin was filled with cobwebs. The beds are horrible,so thin feels like I was sleeping on the hard floor. The floor was buckled in the entire cabin. The cabin needs a total refresh for the price you pay a night. Hooks were installed on the wall that were crooked the curtains are dated. The shower rooms were missing curtains so the water just covered the space to change in therefore all your clothes were wet. Our door in the cabin wouldn't latch and stay shut. Overall I don't think I would rent a cabin again unless they did a total remake in them. Get some decent mattresses and get some new furniture. Could be a great place if they fixed it up a bit.

This place is really great for children. The in ground pool is a salt water pool and it's very nice. They keep it pretty clean. There's a playground and game room. We camp out when we go. The regulars are respectful and nice. It's an all round good place.
