I had only 3 weeks to put a reception together for my daughter and I live in the lower 48. The Ogle family helped with everything! The location is beautiful and the venue "The Wonder" is unique and spectacular.
John Sr. helped expedite the contracting, Corrine helped with the logistics of the event (giving great suggestions), and John Jr. was so great to help with anything we needed at the site and on the day of the event.
The sound system was perfect and so easy to use. We had rain the day of the event and with the large overhangs we had no problem staying dry and comfortable.
Parking was easy and we were even able to drive the elderly attendees right to the venue.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the family who runs it. It is just magical! They were a heavenly gift!!
The cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious, very clean and had many included amenities. The check-in process for the reservation was quick and easy and the owner was very helpful regarding the booking process and information. 10/10 recommend for both large or smaller groups of people.
This was a great place to stay while fishing in Homer. It fit our whole family of 6, the back deck was amazing, and we loved, loved, loved the property's Alaska lodge style with all the animals. The location was convenient, it was very clean, check-in was super easy, & pictures do not do it justice!
Our 4 day weekend at Bear Paw was extraordinary! The lodge is so we’ll kept, clean and so many unexpected amenities. Fully furnished kitchen, self check in, place to gather and more.
I was able to have my wedding here and it was amazing. We ended up renting the two larger cabins for myself and the bridal party. The wedding was held under the pavilion and with all the natural beauty, it really made the day that much more special. Very reasonably priced Venue and the kindest people.
