Wonderful family-run relaxing resort cabins and rv camping area on beautiful Agency Bay of Leech Lake. Family atmosphere with an emphasis on lake activities of fishing and boating. The owners are super friendly and they make you feel relaxed and welcome. You can't believe how beautiful the sunsets are. My family has come here for decades, sometimes twice a year, for a peaceful getaway. Loons, eagles, mink, herons, geese, osprey and more, plenty to do in the area with interesting history, hiking, biking, fishing, boating and fun shops nearby in Walker.
Horrible experience, booked a reservation, Bayside took a deposit from my credit card. Then they called and said they were not able to honor the reservation. Provided credit card number to get a refund....5 weeks ago and have heard only crickets. Both phone numbers, email and chat box have had message left and no one either answers the phone or responds.
Talked to Brian live at first (5 weeks ago) and have not heard back from him after numerous calls.
Good luck if you have a reservation this year I think they closed and didnt tell anyone.
Not sure how to get my refund back.
Bayside is exactly what your looking for when you go up north on a fishing trip. It is pretty rustic, but everything is very clean and the owners are friendly and easy to work with. Have been going for years and will keep going for years to come.
