Campground was nice with room between us. We had 159 and our son had 160. Easy access for a 44 ft motorhome and level. People were very friendly. We would stay again. Go in with groceries. One convenience store with a few things, but pricey.

KOA is almost always a great RV stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location with nice sites. We came late season and didn't use all the amenities but still loved our stay. We had site #160 don't recommend this site but most are great. Wish they had a little less bright street lights. Maybe use red or dimmer or less light pollution and better star gazing. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay to explore the Badlands. The sites are a little close but not bad. Our pull through site was level. We used our AC all the time and did not have any problems. The bathrooms were clean- we did not use the showers. They have a nice food shack to get breakfast and dinner. The laundry facilities were clean but more expensive than other KOAs we’ve stayed at. We would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

3.5 stars - CABIN A/C UNIT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. It was a very hot outside (99) but for the price of cabins, the property owner(s) needs to invest in adequate units that are larger and work for weather extremes or store industrial fans for open window air movement. Getting up every two hours, to kick start an a/c unit, after being on the road for twelve hours, is NOT fun. :(

The employees/management are very nice and the property is kept very clean. Bath-house (near) cabins was sparkling clean, which is always a big plus.
