Potential , but like so many other tax funded things, it's a fail. It's open 8 to 4 on weekdays. No public restrooms or overnight parking even though it's tagged as a Blue signed "Rest Area". Tons of buildings, a lot of land. Tons of what looks to be office spaces. Buildings. Etc. No restroom markings. Doors locked. Label ot properly. Communicate, or and I know this sounds crazy, be open for heavy traffic times and seasons for the public to enjoy.
Just stopped and parked near the highway entrance. Listened to the radio, ate my lunch and at the time enjoyed a warm wonderful day. Cool breeze and beautiful trees added to my Wayne Forrest Day.
