Freedom camping which is good. Road gets pretty rough going in, but anything other than a FWD 2WD low-clearance sedan should be fine. One other camper was there when I went- didn't look occupied. Didn't see a hippie bus but it must still be there as there was a large group of dogs nearby that barked and yipped loudly all night. That was the biggest detractor. Nice fishing area.
