I moved into an RV all was fine at the beginning, noticed there was some water damage to the floor. Thought maybe a leak? Then came home to the whole place flooded with septic water. Come to find out the people who rented before had the same problem he lied and cheated me and refuses to give me even a portion of my money back. Stay away, worst place ever!!!
I was just there assisting someone who was staying at the RV park. But first impressions: the staff were pleasant but unknowledgeable. The RV that was being moved into had not been set up or tested, yet assurances were made that everything was functional to the renter. A landlord/property owner should always make certain his property is of value before taking someone's money, especially because it is someones place to live. Also, the owner should know what he's selling/renting. I found that the owner did not know basic answers to questions about his own property. Only posting this because Google asked me about my experience with this place. Otherwise I would keep my opinion to myself.
It's not a motel anymore they turned it into small apartments. The RV area has travel trailers that people live in and that rent out for people to live in but most are very run down. For example I know someone who got I believe one of the oldest ones there and it had no lock on the door and the roof leaked. There was nails sticking up out of the floor.
Update: this place was horrible. The owner wasn't concerned about the drug use on his property, at all. I would not stay here if someone paid me a million dollars! When we first got there, we were supposed to go into a camper but it wasn't ready so the owner put us in a room in the motel! I gotta say I am a lot happier and feel safer in the motel! The manager is great! All in all, a pretty good MOTEL but I would be careful of the RV park!
They only rent by monthly its a room with a bed u have to provide air bedding fridge microwave even ur own door lock now 5he girls that r managing it for the owner super nice im surprised its still in business we moved there for less then a month no refund and our door had been almost torn in half and someone stole the bed just don't go there
