Ordered a top-of-the-line I-10 bed and was given a delivery date about six weeks out. This is Alaska so we figured this was an average wait time.
Finally, after receiving several texts and emails making sure we were ready right up to bedtime the night before, the delivery day finally arrived.
We gave away our existing mattress to a grateful friend at the last second to make room.
We were given a two hour window in which they would deliver the bed. Twenty minutes into the two hour window I get a call saying that the delivery had to be rescheduled due to a 'logistical error.' The new delivery date was a full month away.
Now here I am, without a bed, and I have no choice but to cancel the order, get my money back, and buy a standard mattress. I'm in a no-win situation. Unreliablility, lack of communication in a timely manner, and no sympathy for the situation they put me in, means I will not do business with this company again and will warn off anyone I know who is looking to purchase a bed.
