Nice place with lots of trees. Great access to beaches and hiking. Entrance as you pull in is kind of narrow. First thing I did was catch a post and break a light cover on the side of our trailer. My fault, but be careful. RV pads are narrow, too. As it was very rainy and wet, anything we had to do outside the trailer quickly became muddy. Because of the water issues here, the dump hookup sits pretty high. Every dump required a fair amount of manipulating the hose to really empty it out. Not too fun in the mud. Foot traffic tunnel under highway was flooded, so had to walk across road to trails and beach. (We were there in late December.) There is no data reception at all here. Not necessarily a criticism, just something of which to be aware. People seemed to be having success with Starlink, but sure about Weboost. We didn't have either at this point. Had to drive into Charleston if we wanted to make a phone call. We really enjoyed our time here. Just be prepared and know what to expect.
