This is a nice campground just half an hour outside of Valdez. The state recreation site lists no size restrictions for RVs, but the tight corners of the campground loop make it difficult for larger units (25+ feet). There are some sights that backing a trailer into would be difficult or impossible for larger rigs. It's a one way loop, but with a little planning you can stop traffic to go the other way and get into your site a little easier. Great fishing in the lakes, although the best spots are across the lake near the rock wall, bring a boat to get the big fish! Great hiking and berry picking. This is a great spot for a quick escape from Valdez, or as a stop off before descending Keystone Canyon into Valdez. No electricity. No sewage dump. No trash dumpsters (PACK IT OUT!)
