Terrible customer service! Arrived around 445 and the office was locked but said “open”. Tried calling the host and she didn’t get back to me until after 7pm via text. Luckily I had a message prior with my room door code. Unluckily, the cabin smells like mildew, the “heat” source was a wall mounted electric heater that was too small for the space, and everything else looked like it was put together with mogpog.

Also Not a safe location, was trying to stay a couple nights for work and there was a weird dude checking into cars and walking around RVs. I tried talking to the host about the situation and her response was “if you feel unsafe you should probably leave.” And is now refusing to issue a refund.

Terrible customer service, unsafe location, poor maintenance.

Owners are great , management is trash . Got confirmation from the office that my package had been delivered @ 1:34pm -got there at 5:30pm to pick it up but apparently it was "picked up" by someone other than me. The office' solution was to knock door to door to find my package and that they were not responsible for missing mail.

Given a $200 price via email that's says they will charge credit card upon arrival. No mention of extra charge. Husband goes in to pay and it's 207.50. has a receipt for $200 and a second receipt for 207.50 that says I could have saved $7.50 by paying cash. I called back to office and was told I could come up and pay cash and they would reverse credit card charges. Though I am a stickler for principal, I didn't bother going back to the office. I did ask for a picnic table. There were numerous empty sites that gad one but didn't want to just take it. Gentleman said no problem he would get me one. I was there for a week and it never showed up. Many campers live there full time, which is ok, but looking like a junk yard is not ok. Residents were not friendly

It was very corded and there wasn't a bathroom code available that worked on the restrooms and the sprinkler went off for an hour and a half and we had no warning about when and where the sprinklers went off

I've spent a lot of nights here. Great location, prices, and staff. Lots are level, office is friendly, owners are the best!

If in central Utah, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place!
