The manager Lisa is great! Very friendly and efficient. The grounds and cabana are kept clean. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to that area we will stay there again.
When we first moved in everything was great! Stayed there for a 4-5 months..then it went downhill from there..1) water is on a well and it's like watered down coffee in color😖 (When washing clothes ..it turns whites orange...you get what you get when it's free) Lisa never had anything nice to say ..when I had questions about anything to do with the park and how things were ran she gave me attitude..she sprayed weed killer everywhere and didn't let anyone know so when animals ate the weeds and got sick she laughed and told me her cats throw up when they eat grass..well they were weeds not grass..as a park manager you should let all tenants know that spray is going to be sprayed a day in advance..it's just respect..and then when we moved to a different rv park to get closer to our job ..she called that rv manager and told him that we use a lot of power and that we are a handful..( I wonder how she even knew where we were going...) in my opinion I wouldn't stay there! But maybe you will have a different experience...
Lisa is a great manager. She is on top of things and works closely with the owner to keep the park running smoothly. She seeks to provide a good environment for the park residences and does not tolerate derelict behavior.
Lisa was great, very helpful and accommodating. WiFi was good, the cabana is well kept and has free washers and dryers. I was there a month for work, and didn't have any problems, people were friendly and most generally kept to themselves. The rent was reasonable for the area too.
The park is pretty good in that they management keeps up on things. In the past, the park was fairly ghetto and I told them it looked like the bronx. I was pretty surprised because they sent someone out to clean up the things I suggested the next day. They also do a good job keeping the cabana (showers, toilets) clean. I'll give this review 5 stars once the park is totally cleaned up.
