Amazing place to stay. Rob was great, from initial booking to check in to check out, he was always available. Very friendly family. Very well maintained. We had a great time staying in the covered wagon. I would definitely stay again.

First glamping experience!! The owners are wonderful, & offer a supreme experience. 2 full bathrooms, common area, 2 fire pits, coffee/tea/coco provided with fresh water in each coach, towels/bath essentials (hair dryer) also provided. Everything is new, spotless, and comfortable. Advise also renting a golf cart, as it's a ways from the parking area, especially in the dark.

We stayed here in a covered wagon for 2 days in October. The wagons stay perfectly warm with the heat setup. Each wagon had a king sized bed and twin bunks. Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge and microwave. Stocked with a gallon of spring water and coffee pods. Bathrooms are located in the red barn behind. Two full bathrooms and the dining space and game area. Firewood is available for purchase $10 per bundle. Park grills are outside in the community are for cooking. Owners were super nice. I recommend renting a golf cart. Our kids loved it and we rode around quite a bit with them. Small zip line was also a hit. We didn’t use the corn hole but it was up by the barn. We had planned to go to Dollywood but the kids liked just running around so much they were too exhausted to go. We will surely come back especially once phase two of development is complete.

5-Star all around.

This gem is off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, nestled off the road and secluded. The facilities are modern and make this an ultimate glamping experience for couples or families. The nights were full of stars and the sounds of wildlife. It was an oasis like base camp for our week of hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Ask the owners for their recommendations on just about anything from food to shopping.

This was amazing! My kids had the best time! Great location! Great options and things to do for kids. Only complaint would be the neighbor revving up the motor on the truck at 11pm while we were trying to sleep. Outside of that, the stay was exactly as I expected and more.
