Great RV park. Quiet, very friendly people. Will stay there again.
Made reservation and paid for a site over the phone prior to arrival. Once we arrived there was ONE site left (we were told there was 3) and we had to move boards, bricks, water hose and some clutter just to get parked. After getting parked there was no sleeping due to all the noise from the traffic not only on the highways that are beside the property on two sides, but also traffic within the park itself.
Wished we would have checked the place out before making the reservation. Lesson learned
We came in late afternoon, and we're assisted quickly. The place was clean, and the pads were gravel. The electricity went out late in the evening and it was not just in the park, it was the whole area. Even so Casey offered to refund our money. What a friendly and courteous man. Very nice experience!
This is a new park under going continual improvements. Has full hookups with 50 amp power, level gravel sites with good drainage. Most of the sites are occupied by residents constructing wind generators or power transmission lines. The owner, Casey Smith, is a very congenial young man who is extremely helpful. Located off the highway so there is no traffic noise and no train tracks. Good place to stay over night.
Lived in rv 10 years been around the world this is truly hidden gem great owner easy to get along with and he's there if any issues
