Extremely friendly staff. Helpful for us newbie RVers. Amenities are squeaky clean. Nice laundry room with clean surface to fold clothes. Mats in shower area. The only reason that we didn’t give 5 stars was that the immediate surrounding walking paths were minimal and dog walking area was near busy road, just an inherent limitation of the location itself. But the grounds, the managers, the amenities and other campers/residents were great. Also moderate walking distance to nice parks and Brookings harbor.

Stayed here for 2 months back in November and December 2020. The spots are a little close together but other than that we were happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry and bathrooms were clean. The highway can be a little noisy at times. But on a quiet night you can hear the ocean which is pretty cool. It is centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again.

My fiance my daughter and I come stay here every winter for a few months and this place is amazing..its quite, the spaces are big they have pull through and back in spaces. The people who run it are so amazing they are very friendly and if there is anything that you need help with the camp space tour staying in they are on top of it and will help you rite away. There is a big men and women's bathrooms and the a separate room in the bathroom with 3 showers that are clean and nice the room to the showers has a door your able ti close. There is also a Wreck room or as my daughter calls it the clubhouse, where there is a fireplace heater, bookshelf with lots of books and puzzles, a TV that your able to watch cable on, a stove, microwave and sink your able to use any of this as long as you clean up after yourself and a few tables with chairs. They hold a Thanksgiving dinner every year and everyone is welcome to join. And all the people who stay here are nice people. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.
